Days 1 - 7

Arriving into Geneva on day one, the transfer to the picturesque alpine village of Saint Jean D’Alpes is just 90 minutes to reach the accomodation, a beautifully renovated chalet within walking distance of some of the most amazing trails and treks

A former school, the chalet is located 30 minutes walk from the village centre and offers stunning views of the mountains, as well as it’s own yoga studio, indoor and outdoor seating areas, and fantastic bedroom accomodation.

A typical day comprises of a range of activities, both planned and affording you time to ‘do your own thing’ and to enjoy this stunning setting and access the many local opportuntiies.

The morning begins with meditation, followed by a hike or yoga to ease into the day.

Breakfast follows, after which we enjoy a hike or workshop activity, venturing out to enjoy some of the fantastic trails, views and vistas available on the doorstep of our chalet.

Lunch is often a picnic and takes place around 2pm each day, following which there is plenty of time to explore, to wonder into the village or to simply relax on the chalet grounds.

We enjoy further yoga and mediation as the day winds to a close before dinner at around 8pm, a perfect time to enjoy the company of our fellow guests.

The week comprises of three guided hikes into the mountains surrounding the chalet, as well as plenty of time to explore on your own.

The final day includes a meditation session, breakfast and then departures / transfers before midday.
